I spent all night trying to log in to the app and the website. I sent five emails, but each time I received an automated reply and a PDF with instructions for first-time app use. My calls aren't getting through. I only found out this evening that Advanzia is aware of the outage and is working on it. Instead of sending out this notification last night, they completely missed the boat and annoyed me. I'm seriously considering canceling my contract. What an unprofessional company.
