Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to frequently asked questions about our service
How does reporting disruptions work?
Users can report disruptions by clicking the "Report Issue" button on the respective service page. Reports are aggregated in real-time and displayed to other users.
Where does the data come from?
All data is based on user reports. The more users report a disruption, the more certain we can be of an actual problem.
How often is the data updated?
The data is updated in real-time. New reports are processed immediately and reflected in the statistics.
Can I report a disruption multiple times?
To prevent spam, each IP address can only report a disruption for the same service every 15 minutes.
What do the different severity levels mean?
Severity levels are based on the number of reports: No issues (0), Minor issues (1-9), Major disruptions (10-49), Critical outages (50+).
How can I have my service added?
Contact us via our contact page (support@armann-systems.com) with information about your service. We'll review the request and add relevant services.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we only store anonymized data. IP addresses are temporarily stored only for spam prevention and are never shared with third parties.
